CLIENT CHARTER

KEJORA Client Charter is as follow :-

 1)   KEJORA is committed in implementing social standard improvement programme for rural residents through the preparation of public facilities and sosial anemities and also social development programme including individuals, family and the community.
     
 2)   Public facilities projects and also social amenities which is approved and implemented within 90 days from the approval date and submitted to the relevant party not later than 7 days after project is completed.
     
 3)   Financial contribution and assistance which is approved, is channeled within 7 days before the programme or activity is conducted.
     
 4)   KEJORA is constantly to assist the Urban Community Development and Security Committee (JKKMB) so that the social and institutional development programme can be implemented effectively which includes the channelling of annual allocation. training of committee members and attendance in the activity.
     
 5)   Committed to assist the poor society of the KEJORA Region through the Citizens Walfare Development Scheme (SPKR), Housing Building Programme (PBR), Income Increment Programme (PPP), Individual Mind Development Programme (PPMI) and Skill Training Programme (PLK), which is the maintenance of participant profile data and also preparation and implementation of action plan.
     
 6)   Mixed-crop land area rent application, approved within 60 days from the advertisement expiry date.
     
 7)   Premise/workshop rental application approved within 60 days from the advertisement expiry date.
     
 8)   Entrepreneur Loan Scheme approved within 60 days from the received date of a complete application.
